Our Team
Meet the deltaQ founders: Romita and Wendy.
We met in 2019 when we were both interning at Lyft, building self-driving cars. We found each other and became friends because we both shared a passion for sustainability and technology. Since then, we’ve traveled around the world, became scuba diving buddies, and decided to start deltaQ to bring our shared vision to life.

Cofounder, Director
Romita received her B.S. in Electrical Engineering at Purdue and M.S. in Electrical Engineering at Johns Hopkins. Based in DC, she has worked primarily on self driving & electric vehicles, and computational modeling for wildfires, clean water, and microgrids. She currently serves as the technical advisor to ElectrifyDC.
Wendy (Inactive)
Cofounder
She earned her B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from MIT. Based in San Francisco, she has spent her career at startups building cleantech solutions in clean energy, electric vehicles, food waste, heating & cooling. She currently works at unspun, building robotics for sustainable fashion production.
